Selecting the correct aluminimum profile enables you to diffuse the light, angle the direction of the light, and conceal the LED strip. Create striking effects and provide your LED strip with an effective heat sink, drawing the heat of the LEDs away from the strip and prolonging the lifespan and performance of the product. With higher output LED strip you must always use an aluminium profile, whilst for lower output strips the use of a profile can be optional but is always receommended, particularly for environments where the LEDs will be in use for prolonged periods.
