DATA RETENTION

Your data will be retained for only as long as is needed for the designated purpose.
When you place an order for goods and services that is progressed to invoice we will need to hold your information for six years following the end of the financial year in which you placed the order in accordance with our legal obligation.
Mailing List / Marketing information will be retained for as long as you subscribe.

SECURITY

We only share and provide access to your information to the minimum extent necessary.
We use secure third-party web servers based in the UK and on-premise secure servers behind a Firewall.
Data is encrypted where necessary.

HOW WE USE COOKIES
